Cancellation Policy

Please take the time to carefully read our cancellation and refund policy before proceeding with the booking of your chosen tour package:

For international travelers: It is essential that you carry your passport and visa throughout the duration of your trip.

For domestic travelers: Please ensure you have your Aadhaar card and other forms of identification with you at all times.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your package or tour, please notify us immediately by phone. The cancellation process will commence only upon receipt of your cancellation call.

For cancellations requested at least 40 days prior to the first day of your package or tour, a refund of 90% of the total amount paid will be issued, with a 10% processing fee deduction.

Cancellations requested between 40 and 30 days prior to the first day of the package or tour will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, without incurring any processing fee charges.

If a cancellation is requested within 30 days prior to the first day of the package or tour, no refund will be granted.

Please note that the fees may vary if the group size is reduced by the client.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as a national emergency, natural disaster, terrorist activity, or adverse weather conditions, Head & Crown Holidays reserves the right to determine whether a refund will be issued. If applicable, clients will receive a voucher that can be used for another tour of their choice, without the option of a cash refund.

Note : Charges will be complimentary for the children who are above 5 Years Old.
